... and those who do not know yet what a good leader can become
A must for all current leaders and those who do not know yet what a good leader can become. Can be read on its own as a book, can be used as source of information. Jeffrey Liker has developed a great undrestanding, after extensive research within the Toyota system, what it is to be a good leader. While the basics are obviously centered around the automotive industry this is a book thta can be used for any industry and not just for manufacturing.

Good book on lean leadership
Jeff Liker never disappoints. Another well thought out classic on the real important under-belly of lean. More than just looking at the mechanistic side of kanban, JIT, poke yoke etc. Read this book along with Jeff's others and you will gain a better understanding of what lean really is about.
