I bought a supposedly nonslip yoga mat that ended up being the most slippery, terrible yoga mat I have ever used. I really did not want to spend the money on a more expensive mat (like a lulu one) so I decided to get this towel to see if it would work. The towel sticks so well to the mat, it absorbs my sweat in hot yoga classes, and its' comfortable to use! It's not super soft but I mean, its a yoga towel I wasn't really looking for a microfiber cloth haha.

I bought this towel mainly because I was looking for a longer mat towel to cover more of my mat.The first thing noticable about the towel is that it's extremely lightweight. It is the lightest mat towel I have.Even though it is not the stickiest towel I have, it is stickier than most other towels I have used. I mist the mat lightly with water before laying the towel and it mostly stays in place, apart from a few wrinkles here and there. It does bunch up a little for me in forearm balance as do many other mat towels for me.It does get damp very quickly. However, it is long enough for me that I can move a step back or forward to avoid the damp portions. And the ridges like texture provides some traction even when it gets damp.I got it in Jade green color. It doesn't bleed color and so far, it has stood well to multiple washes.Overall I like the towel for it's size, weight and a fair amount of stickiness.

My hands sweat almost instantly and it made me very unsteady on my mat. Thanks to this product, I am back to feeling confident. I don't slide at all! It also holds very well to my mat. I really have to be moving for it to crinkle up.

This yoga towel is everything I needed. It fits over my mat perfectly. The underside of it has grip so that it doesn't slide or shift on the mat. The top side is soft, but not too smooth or slippery. It's very absorbent and dries quickly. It's a must have for hot yoga. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Great towel for great price! I use it for hot yoga and even when dry it’s not slippery. Even less slippery when it’s a little damp. Bottom non-slip silicone material keeps it in place. Compared to the Manduka Yogitoes, I honestly prefer this one as it performs better when dry and even better when wet. Highly recommend for any yogis who practice heated yoga and sweat.

I like this yoga towel! It does slip a bit but most do. If you spray some water it helps

Like other reviews have said — this mat did not move during my hot flow class. No bunching! I also agree that the grip with your hands on the towel (towel to mat is amazing) becomes better with a bit of sweat 😅 but that’s not to say without it it was bad. I didn’t have any issue!

Es un poco más pequeño que mi tapete de yoga, me ha funcionado muy bien para no resbalarme con las manos aunque en algunas posturas de guerrero sí he tenido deslizamiento en mi pie. Si hay que hacer caso a la instrucción de mojar ligeramente la toalla para evitar esto.

Fantastic yoga mat with a sticky side that prevents your feet from sliding when you are sweating up a storm. Use it for Bikram and I can't rate this highly enough.

My experience with this towel is different from what others have reviewed. I use it for Hot Yoga. The grip is better than the cheap China ones but still bunches up and slips (at least for me). I would rather use a normal Yoga mat.

Colour as displayed, does not slip as much as other towels during hot yoga, no weird smells, washes well.
