This is a review of the actual computer. The purchasing experience was 5 stars. The computer is a little laggy, and I can't really get Cortana to work but besides that, this computer is great.

So far its good, I feel that its light weight and good battery back up, the touch is good everything fineBut, the keyboard is dis-pointed me as its small are, and there is no separate Number key and the mouse pad has only Left and right clicks

It works well. BUT it has had some issues where it has to be powered up with a Hard Start.

This two in one lap in my opinion is everything you need for a home computer, and when you need to go away for a week or a couple of months just put it in is travel bag and go no need to come home to three thousand e-mails or worry about your checks being deposed. I originally had a tower with a twenty inch monitor lasted fifteen years however there's no putting it in a travel bag and leaving, I even use it in the motel when we stop for the night...Richard

This device smelled strongly like cigarette smoke when received, indicating it had not been well-cleaned after being used in a smokey environment.Thermal parameters were hotter than the substantially similar model which it was replacing.Benchmarking results and use-case performance were poorer than the 5yr old model it replaced.

Slick design, light, powerful, and pretty good size. I thought the 15.6" would be bigger and bulky than 13" but so far I like it. Processor is fast and graphics are pure HD. Bench tests must follow...

The keyboard of this laptop was defective. While pressing 'k' , it used to type'k;'. Similarly while typing 'p' it used to type 'pi'.Also heating is a major problem with this laptop.There were sparks at the plug point whenever I kept it for charging.Bad experience. Won't recommend this laptop.

Except windows it is a good product. Can't imagine how people are still managing windows.
