Love these, wish they had the old kind still though. Helps with bloating and stuff for other supplements I take. Good for upset stomach. Great value, functions as intended, strength is all you need regardless of weight. Tastes like nothing goes does easy.

I love these probiotics! I have been taking them religiously for about 2 years now and I can tell you that I have not got sick like I used to with the flu and sinus infections during fall and winter. I also have IBS-C and they definitely help a lot with that! If you want a string immune system and/or battle with IBS-C, take them before bed or upon waking and don't skip them! I promise you'll see a difference. I sometimes take two spread out if I know I'm going to have a heavy meal later. I take one right after the heavy meal and within 30 minutes my stomach feels amazing!

Buy this ,it worked for me.
