I appreciate the tips other reviewers have provided. Very helpful. But there is still some confusion - especially regarding step 3 - which is where you set the number of batteries in the series.I put this on a Lithium iron phosphate "12 Volt" battery. It's one "battery" so you'd think the number of batteries would be "01". Not the case. For a Lifepo4 battery that is actually a 12.8 volt unit - there are four 3.2 volt battery cells in the unit. The cells are tied together in series giving you a total of 12.8 volts (3.2 * 4 = 12.8). So - I would select F04 in the settings in my case. Once you figure out the math - it isn't too bad.I'm putting it in a cargo trailer - replacing the lead acid battery that came with it so I can be more confident that the electric jack will always work. I will mount this unit on top of the battery box so I can see the voltage easily. If I run into any issues once it's installed in the trailer - I'll come back and edit this review. But the meter seems to be doing the job now.

This battery meter for my Crazy Cart has been incredibly helpful! It's super clear and easy to read, finally letting me know exactly what my battery level is at during my rides. No more guessing when the power might die, which means I can plan my sessions much better and avoid being stranded. It's a simple addition that makes a huge difference in managing my Crazy Cart's playtime!

Works well for a low cost monitor, but the instructions are screwy, hard to understand, and sometimes don't make sense. But still it looks nice and is easy to read.

Love these things. I've installed two now and last night 5 other golf carts saw mine and want one. Knowing exactly when your Lead acid gets to 50% (48.4volts) or when my Lithium gets to 20% is a game changer for knowing when to recharge! Also the LCD display can be read in sunlight or with backlight at night. My prior fluorescent ones couldn't read in the daylight at all.Love the plug in wiring harness with quick disconnect if needed.

Instructions are so confusing. They literally contradict themselves. There is no way to configure the battery type. The instructions say disconnect power then configure, but the module doesn’t work without power. I cut and installed it then found this out. Find a better unit. I

Not accurate percentage for my golf cart Lithium batteries. Some functions did not work but voltage reading is very helpful.

Worked great for my 12v battery and on my 24v batteries in series on my boat. Able to see the life left on the batteries.

Got this for a diy was a lil bigger than I wanted but works good product
