Good product. As far as I can tell this really is legit NMN. I had been using 300mg NR with Pterostilbene and over time my elbows got sore (probably tendinitis which is a side effect). I've been using 300mg of this for a few weeks and my elbows feel better, but I'm also getting an energy boost from the NMN, especially noticible the first few days. The energy from this is different than NR, its not as much of a spike, but feels consistently stronger over a longer period of time (in the timeframe of about 4 hours per dose). My experience is completely subjective! Reading through literature on the subject and both NR and NMM and both are considered by top scientists to be about equally effective at raising NAD levels. So.. I'll probably alternate cycles over time. A few weeks with NMN and then a week or so off, followed by a few weeks of NR. But I will add a caution. Its not enough to just pop a few supplement pills if you are after restorative anti-aging. The single biggest thing you can do is intermittent fasting to allow Autophagy to kick in. Add in exercise. Followed by timing and types of your supplements. Also NMN or NR are not going to be the end state for anti-aging supplements. Its just the best thing there currently is. Expect that to change as new compounds and aging gets better understood. The goal is to slow aging down enough so that you get to make it to the next generation of compounds. That said, my currently daily regime is (in a few week intervals) - your mileage and issues may be different so you need to figure out what works for you. Don't just do what I do. Late breakfast (no food from 6pm to 10am): AM: 150mg NMN (before eating), 50mg PTerostilbene, 2000iu vit D, 500mg LEF TMG 2pm: 150mb NMN, LEF Blueberry Extract, 2000is vit D, Every other day B12. Currently the NMN I'm taking is the delayed release. I'm thinking about switching to Extended release and just taking all 300 MG in the morning. Also if I take NMN too late in the day it seems to throw my sleep off. Finally I take Pterostilbene because taking Resveritrol just upsets my digestive track. Not sure which is better. Pterostilbene has the potential to raise LDL, so be forewarned.

My associate got me interested in NMN. I’ve been involved in natural health and supplements most of my life, so naturally when I heard about NMN, and its relation to NAD and DNA repair, it perked my interest. I did some preliminary research, to learn about what I was about to put into my body, and then I began taking it; two capsules daily of ProHealth Longevity’s NMN PRO 150, a total of 300 mg of NMN. I learned that the NMN animal studies showed measurable and tangible benefits for the mice. I also learned that Dr. David Sinclair, the scientist who is behind the work on NMN and NAD, had developed a blood serum test that computed a person’s ‘biological age’, as opposed to chronological age. The biological age test, called ‘Inner Tracker’, determines the relative age of someone’s internal organs and physiological systems. When I originally began taking NMN, I thought that I would probably have to utilize this serum test in order to measure the benefits from taking the product. I was wrong. About six or seven months ago, I developed a skin rash behind my knee. It was red and it itched. Pretty soon it began to spread behind both knees, and then onto my legs. I didn’t know what it was. It didn’t go away, but instead, slowly spread over my legs, until about a month ago, when it had completely covered both legs. I finally went to the doctor and he said it was psoriasis. If you’ve never had psoriasis, don’t. I thought I had leprosy. Red welts, swollen, itchy; nasty stuff. Coincidently, the psoriasis peaked about the same time that I began taking NMN. Psoriasis, by the way, is incurable, according to WebMD. It is a condition caused by a combination of stress and a compromised immune system. Stress causes the body to secrete certain chemicals that the immune system normally neutralizes. But if the immune system is compromised, these chemicals have to make their way out of the body, and so they choose the skin as their pathway of departure. Okay, so fast-forward four weeks into my NMN regimen. All of a sudden, the legs began to look a little better. Every day they improved, and voila; they’ve healed up. I mean, right now, they’re about 95% back to normal. Wow! Plus, the skin on my face looks better; all of my skin looks better. I did some more investigation and found that other people have had the same effect, with improved skin. By the way, taking NMN was the only thing during this time period that I did any differently from my normal diet and routine. So, what’s going on here? Our skin is an organ of elimination. As such, it tends to reflect our inner health. If we’re healthy inside, our skin reflects it. If we’re not healthy inside, our skin reflects that. Somehow, my increased amount of NAD translated to a strengthened immune system, and the psoriasis cleared up. My conclusion from this experience, added to what I’ve learned from what I’ve read, is that nobody should take NMN with any particular health or illness-related goal in mind. Everyone, especially people over 40 years of age, has developed his own health weaknesses as a natural result of the aging process. When we take an NAD precursor, like NMN, the improved DNA and cellular integrity is going to manifest in everyone a little differently. What’s your weak link? I say, try NMN and see what effect it produces.
