this small massage pillow is perfect for use on neck and shoulders. it fits perfectly on sides of neck and has 3 modes of pressure and speed one with heating. the rotation discs hit the neck muscles in the right place with instant relief of tightness and spasms. you can use it on sides of your back or lower back it you have specific small areas of stifness or pain. I highly recommend this product it is a great value for its price.

The massager is strong and serves its purpose, but the fabric is weak, after 1 week of usage it got torn on both sides near the knobs.

I am suffering from my back and neck pain from last 2 to 3 months. Even I tried massage therapist also but after few days again same feeling back and neck pain due to long day working hours in office. Then I searched this massager pillow on amazon. I absolutely love this massager how it's helping me from pain relief. It is very well made and the power of the massage balls and the heating option giving relax to my neck and back muscles. Now I am using daily 10min to 15min in the night before sleep. I am happy with this massager pillow. Really recommend product.

The product is good, it has massagers with heater, works perfectly. Only suggestions would be is that the massaginf ballsor knobs are too direct in contact, so cannot put too much pressure on it or they feel uncomfortable. we have to slowly lean on it. If there was more cushioning, it would have been more confortable.

Loved it. It's handy and just the right size for me. Gives a relaxing massage to neck, back and I use it even for my feet and it feels so good especially with the heating.
