I wavered on whether to give this 4 or 5 stars, but my sons love of the product led me to 5 stars. It doesn't have nearly as many sounds as the original book, so I definitely recommend getting that too. However, this is more interactive, which makes it enjoyable. When it came I had to mess with the batteries a bit to get them to work, but they did end up working.

I never read the original book that everyone is complaining about not being the same. But this one is still good. Honestly my daughter loves the sleepy sounds book by Dr. Seuss so we usually read that one.

My son has a very short attention span but these keep him engaged. He loves all of the Dr. Suess sound books but this one is one of his favorites! His favorite part is finding each sound by the picture in the book.

Bought this for my nieces. It's their favorite book and was excited to see it now with sound. Was afraid it would be loud and annoying. It really was a decent sound level. Oh and the sounds are super cute. The girls play with it everyday! This was a great purchase.

Fun sounds with a fun story.

The squeaky shoe doesn't make any sense but most of the other sounds are fun to imitate with the child.

This was my son's favorite book 31 years ago. I love this version with the silly sounds!

We are big fan of sound books here. We have a tone of them but this one is definitely one of the favourite. It’s not the same than the original story but it’s a good thing for us because we have the original already.

I got this book following an Instagram post where the book was rapped too, I have mimicked this, and my son just sits and listens, when he ‘reads’ to me, this is when he will use the sounds to tell me the story. Great buy

My kids loved noisy books when they were young and today’s little ones love them just as much. Great gift.

It's enjoyable to press the funny sounds but it doesn't feel Dr Seuss related apart from the pictures. No clever rhymes, not witty. 1 year old enjoys the buttons though.
