I hope that this review guides other sufferers of myofascial trigger point pain to this product. I have MTP syndrome, so I have been working under the care of a physiotherapist for many years. These are the best balls ever, bar none. They are slightly yielding yet dense, combining the precision of a lacrosse ball with sufficient give to make it easier not to overtreat. No one wants bruises! They grip the wall, but don’t pull the skin. These are the biggest ones of this type that I have found and they have made a huge difference to my arm and shouroutine. They are also big enough for my glutes and TFL, but I’m fairly petite. I have a whole bunch of smaller ones for treating my hands, some suppliers call them ‘ice’ or ‘icy’ jet balls. Look for this two-tone effect.
