Great, loose within seconds
I've spent the last two weeks renting tools from various auto parts stores. My Supercharged Range Rover has very limited space between the shroud amd the engine block, so most tools were useless, slipped, were two wide to fit without having to take off all hoses.Once I received this item, it didn't take me me but 10 seconds to squeeze the fan loose.Tool is thick, sturdy, longer than any tool I've rented which provided great leverage to just squeeze it loose.I'll most likely use this item once (10 seconds) amd never use it again (Ihope). It'll sit with the rest of the tools and never get used again (how often one gets to change a water pump).Still I'm glad I bought it.

Works- perfect fit.
I love that someone is making this highly effective tool for us DIYers that is not JLR. Sorry but it's a really basic design and does not warrant the extreme "authentic" pricing of the true JLR tool. This works perfectly, with a great amount of leverage for the fan nut. Highly recommended for all Rover mechanics and mechanically-minded owners.

Perfect for my '09 Land Rover LR3 Fan Removal
Needed to remove the fan on my 2009 LR3 and have seen all sorts of videos that showed using a pry bar and other non-specific tools to get the fan off. Folks showed Pry Bar big 34mm wrench. I also watched some useful videos where they had to drill out the bolts. All this was a bit intimidating. With these tools, I had it off in about 5 minutes. Just hit the nut a little bit to break any corrosion. The funky wrench goes towards the engine and attaches to one of the bolts coming out. Then the regular wrench grabs the nut and is left-hand thread so pressing the two wrenches together broke it lose. I can't say how thankful I am for these tools. They are very simple punched steel, but did the job and highly recommend them.
