It's bright but may show cracks.
It is very visible at night. After only 5 uses from the boat with the boat attachment it's starting to show hairline spider cracks. Would like to get it replaced.

Great product, easy to see the Deeper
Great product, easy to see the Deeper. The only thing is when I tight the top up with the Deeper, those mark can’t match up, which makes me a little bit worry about the water will get into the Deeper.

At least add as an option
This is a very nice little cover; it makes the sonar visible during the day and night. Why not just include it with the sonar, or at least offer it as an option to the black? It is the only gripe that I have about this product.

Fits and seals perfectly
It does what it says. Fits and seals like the original cover. Very useful at night to keep track of the device while scanning.

Great addition to the DEEPER unit.
not a bad little cover for the deeper unit however it could be a little bit brighter or a little more visible at distance but overall I would highly recommend you to buy this one for night fishing

Good spare top, but poor for night
1. This is not effective at night because the LED is not raised and not bright enough to light up the top so you can see this unit at night 2 However, it is handy to have a second top. I glued in the eye-screw at the 45 degree screw hole. The original lid is handy should I want an eye screw at the top position. I glued it in to ensure it will not come loose, especially after a long cast. I recommend this orange top.

The Deeper night fishing cover worked as advertised. I could see the flashing LED from within the cover at 50 yards away. Great idea when you're casting a $250 Deeper Fishfinder into the darkness. Gulp!

I even use these in daylight as it is much more visible than the original black cover. During the night with the night light it is clearly visible even from the edge of it's ditance range
