NSF certified? Drinking water safe?

I don't know if it is officially NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved, but since it is 316ss and likely has Teflon (or similar) packing, I would rest assured that it is safe. It will maybe have some light oils in it from its mfgr process. You can wash these out with soap and hot water if you want. That or flush the piping real good with water after it is assembled (which I would do anyway).
