I recieved the product today.It's as beautiful as showing in the image. The thread is soft and this rakhi is looking too good on hand

Price excess

I had chosen this beautiful Rakhi and shipped it to my brother because we don't live in the same city. It arrived to him in a broken form. Extremely disappointing. He has thrown it away so there is no photo to upload. I need a refund for this item. It's unacceptable.
