Have not used one in years. Super buoyant! Great quality and value. If you want to work on your stroke, endurance and /or upper body strength, you need to add this to your swimming workouts.

It's a pull buoy; it does its job: floating
You want a pull buoy, right? Well, that's what this is. There are no moving parts, nothing to break, etc. It floats, which is its primary function, and it floats well. What more can you ask for other than maybe "how's the price"? Turns out, the price is satisfactory as well. So it's a buoy that floats and doesn't break the bank.

Great for adults
It's probably also great for kids but I'd tried a smaller one at a place that mostly has kids as clients and that did not work well for me. This is larger, as appropriate I think for an adult, and also is not symmetric, which allows you to choose whether you want more buoyancy on the front side or the back side of the legs.
