I'm a certified nutrition coach but i have a hard time eating all my recommended veggies because i am amways on the run. Plant-o once again has provided a quality product. It's been about a month since I started taking these and I feel more energetic and balanced throughout the day. Did I mention I'm also a gym owner and personal trainer (I'm tired a lot). My #1 recommendation is to eat MORE veggies- and when you can't, this is a great supplement to fill in those gaps. The pills are ok to swallow, I don't experience after taste. The only point to be mindful of is your urine will be darker.

Not only is this product organic it’s also a food based vitamin! This makes it easier for the body to digest and actually use. The vitamins are smaller so easier to swallow also! The price is also great for an organic food based vitamin! The company is amazing and I have tried a few of their other products that I love also!

I received this product in exchange for a review. I've never taken this type of supplement before but I was curious. I'm plant-based and have contemplated taking a supplement like this. It took a while for my body to adjust to them, they seemed to go through my system quickly the next morning for the first week or so 😉 (took them in the evening). Overall, I think they're good for you and can't hurt anything. I didn't notice any particular difference that I could pin point to these. I felt good, had energy, and was motivated. I'm just starting up a running routine again after having to tone it down from IT band issues. I'm bummed about the cost of these for how little you get since instructions are to take at least 2 tablets once a day, which only gets you by for 2 weeks if taken daily. Probably won't continue to purchase due to that however I've enjoyed taking them! Wonderful customer service and am impressed with the company!

Vitamins seemed to work however I feel ripped off since on the title it says it's a 60 count bottle and I received a 30 count bottle. Would've gotten 5 stars if they weren't deceiving

It comes with a supply 60 tablets so price is great for quantity for a quality organic supplement.. Easy on the stomach and small tablet easy to swallow

I love this brand as their supplements have always helped me. The gut health is great too! totally recommend. They don't taste bad at all and easy to take.
