I was being skeptical about these but decided to give them a try. Since nothing else really worked. Let me tell you these worked like a charm. I can breathe! Easily adjustable make sure to get the right size. It’s a little uncomfortable at first, since the pressure from not using nasal spray still there. (If you’re trying to give it up) I used a little massage relaxing oil on the outside and it really helped with the pressure. Hope this helps someone.

I have a deviated septum, that I had surgery on 15 years ago but still not 100%. This product works great! Takes some getting used to but once you do you notice the difference when you don’t have it on. I only use it when I sleep at night. I know that it says to change them out every 3 weeks but I’m still using the first one 2 months in. I think they can last a very long time, much more affordable than the one time use sticky over the nose ones.

Works very well for a while but hedges are to sharp and painful. Very difficult to keep it overnight.

Well, my big french nose is deviated from the inside and with age tends to tighten on upper cartilage. This is a pain in the ass to manage with sport. Unsure about getting a surgery - I am a coward when facing a scalpel and since a friend with same problem aknowledges constant flue since he got it fixed, I have been searching for an alternative.From all the strips and dilatators I have tried on the market, this one suits me best. I really breath much better and can even use it at sparring without fear of getting injured from it. Only drawback : this item is not cheap for small pieces of plastic, especially when I have to import (not available in my country), reason why I took back 1 star from rating.

I broke my nose years ago. The surgery that was supposed to “fix” it, actually made things worse. I bought nasal strip which helped, but they often come off during the night - especially in the summer. I ordered these from bed one night when my strip came off and, frustrated, I didn’t want to fall back asleep and end up breathing through my mouth. I use this every single night now. It doesn’t bother me, but I think some might find it mildly uncomfortable. I am just happy to breathe correctly. I sleep much better and wake up much less. Occasionally, I take it out in my sleep, but feel around the bed when I realize that and put it back in. I think they are expensive for what you get, but they’re reusable, so that offsets the cost somewhat. Overall, I’m VERY glad to have found them and my boxes of nose strips are just collecting dust now.

I feel that the normal clear ones are waaaay better than these. These yellow ones are pretty awful. They're not very flexible, which causes me pain, and they are thicker than the normal clear ones, which actually makes it harder for me to actually breath out of my nose. I don't know why the yellow ones are more expensive than the normal ones. Just a waste of money.

I really enjoy these but my past 2 boxes have been broken and split open and none of the units were usable.
