Bought for my Granddaughter to use whilst at university.She said it is an excellant addition towards her studying. The Battery life is far superior than other laptops. The display is superb and she gets what she wants.

False advertising - Windows10
Product description states Windows 10 is included, however on set up it turns out this is only a 1 month trial and you need to pay £79.99 for the annual package. Contacted Amazon and customer service very good and they have refunded me. 1 star rating is due to this issue, very poor first experience for something I paid nearly £600 for.Just received the laptop and seems nice so far with the exception of the Windows10 issue.
