Great machine and vynil cutter is hard to use but is doable
The heat press is great easy to setup and use. The cutter was not so easy was able to figure it out by watching videos and wasting some vynil. All around it's a great machine I'd buy again.

Heatpress good
I would have did five stars only problem is is the plotter cutter itself I like the press but the cutter itself wasn't that great it's basically really for letters and signs and I'm looking to do t-shirts try to get a hold of company to see if I can return the cutter because really the program that or software that comes with it is it compatible for what I wanted to do but no reply overall the heat press was great I love that time of works great holds the heat so overall it deserves a three star rating

The only thing it’s that you need to have a computer with CD or you cannot download the program
