Very strongly scented -- some discomfort relief, not total
This cream/lotion has a VERY strong scent -- I think it's the clove component. But it doesn't linger terribly long. It provided some relief from the pain/discomfort/coldness of my neuropathic toes, though not as much as I hoped for -- at a guesstimate, it decreases the discomfort by about 30%. That's better than nothing -- I'll use it up, but rather than buying this brand again, I'll try a different one next time.An update: I've added a star to the rating -- finding, after several uses, that it takes some time for the full effect to materialize; when I wake up two or three or a few hours after applying this cream, the discomfort has been relieved by -- again a guesstimate -- as much as 50%. Also applying it to some other sore spots, not neuropathy-related, and getting some relief there too.

Not long lasting enough to fall asleep.
Bought for neuropathypt. Relief is only short term. Switched products with improvement. That gets expensive!

Seller cares about their customers.
Received this product yesterday. Used it last night. Simply put...it did not work on my burning toes. I researched the return policy on the product's site before I bought it and it states that you can return it. But it seems because I bought it through Amazon, I cannot return it.NOTE: The seller ended up contacting me and is offering me a full refund! Even though the product does not work for me, I applaud the seller for caring about their customers.

For a good night sleep
Very good to rub on my toes so they don't tingle during the night.

It's effective
The product is great - the delivery not good. The jar came all broken apart, I don't know if it froze or what happened. I did manage to save some of it.
