I was skeptical about what the quality might be, but I ordered this set anyway because I liked the look. So, I was VERY happy to find when I opened the box just how nice everything looks. The main faucet assembly is very heavy. Nice and solid cast brass manifold. Love the quarter turn cross-style faucet handles. The riser and rain shower head are very nice as well. Easy to install. I do agree with a lot of the other reviews that you absolutely must buy the riser extension piece. The satin brass finish on everything is absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint might be that the large circular metal piece on the shower head where the water comes out seems a little lightweight (sheet metal too thin?) but I haven't owned this long enough to tell if it's an issue. I also had to use double washers to connect the main faucet assembly to my wall pipe (another story) so I was two washers short when assembling the riser. Gotonovo was incredibly responsive and had me order a set of replacement washers here on Amazon, then refunded the $6.99 cost, so they were free of charge! Thank you guys! This company really understands the value of customer service.

I only have one issue. The error was totally on me. The wall bracket pipe is too short. I actually need 12 inches. Hopefully the company can create one for me. The shower head is a good size. Heavy and affects th rise staying firmly attached to its lower body part. It could stand to have the ability to twist further into the riser for a more secure fit. Without the wall bracket attached the riser will not remain on the base. It feels as if it will snap. Other than that issue it is beautiful. Will post pics once officially completed
