Q: Are these matte or glossy?

These are matte and are not waterproof. I sprayed some water on the sheets and it went right through.

Q: Can I use this with iron and embroidering?

I don't see why not, as long as you have an ironing board or pressing mat as the heat is not dispersed. I use these for applique to prevent adhesives from getting on my board or iron.

Q: is this teflon paper smooth or textured

It's a smooth texture, they are like a little square weave. I love em.

Q: i have a heat press, how many times can you use (1) Teflon sheet per heat?

I could not be sure on that but I've used my sheet many times and no issues yet, I like them.
