This Damiana product makes my skin itchy. I took it on two different days, and my skin began to itch both times. It wasn't a horrible itch, but it was constant and I'm concerned that I'm allergic to this product. This would make my first known food allergy. The heals and soles of my feet also turned reddish. I did have vivid dreams both nights, but I didn't notice any benefits in the two short days that I tried this product. Will be throwing the rest away, but wanted to let others know to be careful and monitor your reaction any time you try a new supplement.
