cam with only 2 swirls and 3 bent back. really bummed because my mother was looking forward to receiving a gift for mothers day but sadly this product can't stay in one peace! want a full refund as its completely pointless.

This pendant is beautiful and everything I was looking for. However, since it's silver it is also soft. One of the spirals was bent, so I lightly flattened it so I could wear it. Two days later, the spiral broke off. I really, really love the design; it's just too fragile for me.
