Both of these Acupuncture Pen are great, one is shorter than the other but not by much. Both a are shiny and look just want I they would look like. There is both Thai and Chinese Reflexology "maps" of the foot and hands if you search Google you can find and download them. I'm not using this for those types of "internal" applications, I am using these more for "external" purposes in relieving pressure from certain areas of muscles. So far, these have been great for my hands, shoulders and foot. And seeing out you get two of them.. It's a great deal. - Tom

It's exactly as describe. It's not as shiny as the picture. It is stainless steel and easy to clean. It's useful to put pressure points and can save your fingers. Price is great for 2 different kinds. One is longer than other. Bigger knobs is good for larger muscles. the smaller knobs are great for more focus points. have a good weight to it.

I regularly get a stiff neck and shoulder, either from sleeping badly or carrying a heavy bag all day at work. Straight out of the envelope the thick end went straight to work. I slept like a BABY. I wish these came with an accupressure chart. Fortunately, the YouTube has plenty of videos covering the subject. The items were very well tooled and buffed to a nice shiny and smooth finish. I'd definitely recommend these. Addendum......I gave one to my sister and then I lost the other. I was so sad and lost that I had to purchase again so I could spoil my feet.

Good quality. But the two I received were exactly the same size 10 mm.

I was pretty hesitant as to if it would be easy to use or slippery if I used while massaging well it works really well. Great for reflexology and to give your thumbs a rest if you are a LMT

I have massage ball, chair , gun and a large variety of other tools. They all have their benefits but none can deliver the pinpoint accuracy of knot relief as this tool. The pack comes with two and I use the larger pen. I used to have a light plastic one which was lost and I needed something that I can roll and is precise. I can use this to roll the neck and back and target the pain in the hip area. This tool is weighty and is 10 times better than the plastic one I had. I used it on my kid after sport and she loved it. My wife thinks it’s good. Hope I won’t lose this.
