Bad leg cramps
I suffer from really bad cramps and I have been taking these effervescent Magnesium 300mg at night for 2 months . They have helped me sleep and I haven’t had a leg cramp since . So glad I have found them

Okay, but check the magnesium type
These dissolvable tablets are great for convenience, and they do taste good and dissolve well. However they are not cheap, and they use magnesium oxide. Magnesium Oxide can act as a laxative, so be aware, if you are using these to help hydrate, and balance electrolytes it might not be as useful as you think!
