Initial impressions....... £ for £ the unit is terrific quality. Designed in germany / made in china BUT seems exceptionally well built. Have had quite a few tuners and internet radios over the years and this reminds me of the wonderful german quality of satellte TV and radio receivers that I used to buy. The response / clicks of the buttons suggest that this kit is robust. A good range of inputs / outputs. Everything that I have plugged in to test has worked fine. Only one criticism and that relates to Presets. The excellent pdf manual could be better re Preset operation! Persevere and read what the screen says and you will get the hang of it! With regard specifically to Internet Radio presets I would have liked the Frontier link to have sucked in my 'list' used for my other radios. So the process of loading manually is laborious but at least the available slots is a generous 30 for each of DAB and Internet Radio. I was happy to spend more £££ but Hi-Fi tuners are becoming rare! Hence my £ for £ positive comment. (My unit was shipped in to UK from germany without any issues by FedEx).
