I absolutely love the original spicy ginger chews. I think they work the best for nausea and acid reflux. I have an autoimmune disease and when my stomach gets upset, these are a lifesaver. I also like the double strength, but still, the original chews are more effective for me. I do not recommend the spicy turmeric chews. I bought them by mistake and they are nasty! They’re weird as the chew is tougher, and doesn’t melt in your mouth as quick. It’s like sucking on rubber with no flavor.

Oh my god these are my FAVORITE. I can’t explain it but they just taste wonderful to me, slightly spicy and helps my stomach so much. I like the lemon ones a lot as well but these are my go to. I have gastro paresis and these (as well as 1.5g pickled ginger) after a meal really help speed up my stomach emptying. Life saver. I also can’t eat often so these have become my “I want something but I know I can’t actually eat” space holder.

Real ginger and REAL turmeric exist in this product. Only for people who like super real and tasty natural chews. It's not just the awesome flavor, your mouth/tongue will be yellow brown. Great visual for family fun. Young taste buds will not enjoy. Truly only for connoisseurs. Satisfaction guaranteed. Beyond real. I don't have any problems opening candies, at either pressed end, by pulling in opposite directions into candy. Enjoy!

Nothing against the product, I’m sure it’s great for your health with the added turmeric, but was a little too spicy for me to enjoy it. I love the mango flavor though!

I Love Ginger. I Love Turmeric. I Hated This Product From the moment you unwrap it, you're hit with a smell that feels like someone steeped gym socks in a turmeric tea. It's pungent—less like fresh ginger and more like the musty ghost of ginger left in a damp spice drawer for too long. And the turmeric? Less golden elixir, more earthy bitterness that clings to your nostrils like mildew in a sauna. The chew starts promising—resistant, sticky, like you'd expect from a ginger chew. But then it turns. The texture quickly devolves into something between wet papier-mâché and half-melted candle wax. You chew, but it never breaks down. It just…clumps. Coats your teeth. Lingers like regret. Taste-wise, it’s a confused mess. The ginger is muted, muffled beneath an overwhelming bitterness that feels less "spicy kick" and more like licking a turmeric-stained cutting board. There's a sweetness, but it’s artificial—syrupy and stale—like cough syrup that sat too long in a hot glovebox. And worst of all, it *hangs on*. Long after you’ve spit it out or forced it down, your mouth feels dry and oddly metallic, like you’ve been gnawing on a turmeric-laced rubber band. Even water can’t quite rinse away the residue.

Tasty delicious if you want all the sugar.

I loved the original Gin Gins but the turmeric ones stained my teeth and tongue. Normally turmeric does leave a color stain In the mouth but these are pretty bad because you end up chewing them for so long. Super spicy unlike the original ginger ones. Ate 1 of them and haven’t touched the rest of the 1lb bag which sucks.

great for a bad stomach or joint pains as a add on for pain mgmt! Helps pains in muscles joints! also with nausea and IBS!

The turmeric in these ginger chews wasn't to my taste, but the candy brand is good.
