So pros and cons yes you might have a headache but my cholesterol improved too slightly. So to be honest I ate like five at a time! They are so small, but no fish taste

I’ve purchased these gummy vitamins from CVS and LOVED them! Figured I would save a few dollars and order through Amazon- I was very surprised when I opened the ones I received from here and noticed an immediate difference in smell and taste. Although they’re wrapped in plastic inside the paper canister, they’ve taken on some awful cardoard-ish flavor. I had high hopes for the same great quality of my previous batch but these were so disappointing.

It seems to be of good quality and the first time i took it i noticed a difference in how i felt. Great option for vegans and non-vegans alike since they are fish free.

These taste great! I have food sensitivities, but need omega 3 in a way that is very easy to digest. The only drawback is that they only come 30 in a bottle, and I need to eat 4 to 6 per day. I wish I could buy these with 150 in a bottle.

Good value for Ahiflower oil, and although I do appreciate their idea to not have plastic packaging, the sellers neglected to provide a proper seal (adhesive sticker or other seal) to have my ahiflower oil arrive unopened.I started taking it and upon transferring it into an old pill bottle, I noticed that the oil has a distinct spoiled / rancid odor. I really want this product to be commercially viable (it’s hard to find Ahiflower oil), but this one needs a lot more Quality Control and testing to formulate a lasting product.

Switched from a fishy smelling to this and what a pleasant change. No blood work yet, but soon.

Flyover is good. They are chewable so not problem swallowing. Cost is not bad!
