Item arrived safely (2 days earlier than expected) and it's clearly higher quality than the usual chairs around the £50 bracket. The biggest draw for me was the 5 year warranty which I'm hopeful for since most chairs tend to fail on me around the 18-24 month mark and this gives me confidence in the product. The build process was easy with the only fiddly bit being the 5 legs that attach but a light tap got them lined up with the holes. Seat cushioning is good, firm but also comfortable. Arm rests are quite adjustable and go all the way up, which is nice. The headrest and back support are both breathable (this should come in handy in the summer months) and offer a good amount of support. I'm 6ft tall and this is a decent fit for me. Any taller and I'd be worried about the headrest fitting properly. Time will tell if this chair starts to squeak in the future, but let's hope that warranty offers something to help with that. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and will update this review down the line if my opinion changes.

This was a replacement for an aging decades old swivel chair that was failing. First impressions were positive. It has a sleek professional look to it. The parts are well packed, easy to assemble with clear instructions which took about 30 - 40 mins but I was doing it slowly. The structural parts and hardware are solid and parts fit together without flaws.. Only the seat cushion took some effort to put in place as it was a tight fit to get the screw holes to align. The solution was to loosen off the armrest assembly screws which allowed the seat cushion to slide in to place easily and the seat cushion screws could be installed with ease. Then the armrest retaining screws were re-tightened and everything fitted together fine. The lumbar support works well and had enough adjustment range to get the ideal position for me. The seat cushion has good support and springiness whilst being comfortable and seems like it would not cause fatigue over long periods of sitting. I do really like the adjustable headrest which is perfect for times when just taking moments of rest between working or watching entertainment. initially I had a slight concern that lack of any adjustment for the whole back rest to bring it closer or adjust its recline might be an issue, as the seat cushion is quite deep from front to back. I was also used to a slightly downward inclined seat cushion which raised up slightly the sitting position. Now I’ve been using the chair a while I’m finding the right setting for the adjustable lumbar support which combined with the supportive yet soft seat cushion means I don’t really miss those things. I find sitting for long periods to be comfortable and free from any fatigue. Overall I am happy with the chair and would recommend it for anyone looking for a versatile office chair which can also be used for relaxation when not working. the overall build quality and sleek appearance make it good value for money when comparing with other similar products.

I got this chair to replace the office chair that I've used for working from home for several years as I am soon retiring and will be using the space more for gaming and leisure. The chair was put together by my wife (as I'm now disabled and would not be able to do that) and she says it was straightforward and she had no issues. The chair has a comfortable seat, well padded and supportive. It has adjustable height and also reclines and you can adjust how much it will tilt. At the moment I'm a little unsure how comfortable that I will be. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and my spine is very flat. This means I tend to have chairs very flat to my spine. This one having a large lumbar support and then leaning back at the top seems like it might not fit me great when I am not reclining. I am going to stick with and see how I get on. I think this would be comfortable for people with regular spines , and the consensus seems to be that it is. Overall a well made and affordable chair that is probably a good choice for a lot of people.

Seller was very responsive to a couple of questions I had before ordering and then, once I'd ordered the chair, they messaged me to offer any support I needed once I received it. The chair subsequently arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled and was extremely well packaged. Took me about 40 minutes to assemble with no need to get additional support as the included instructions made everything so easy. The tool and bolts provided were all perfect (there's even a spare bolt of every kind included which is a nice touch). The chair is very solid and both my son and I were impressed with the quality and comfort. We are both 6 feet tall and the height adjustability was just right for both of us. At about 1/3 of the price of the John Lewis chair that barely lasted 2 years, this one was noticeably better in terms of quality and comfort. The wheels glide smoothly across our wooden flooring and the very comfortable arm rests can be easily folded up when required making sliding it under the desk so easy. The 5 year warranty gives additional peace of mind and hopefully it will last that long. Highly recommend the chair (F-2025) as tremendous value for money with more than enough functionality for our requirements and Realm of Thrones as the seller. EDIT: When resting an arm lightly on it, unfortunately one of the arms broke off after a couple of weeks. Alerted the supplier who were very responsive and supplied a replacement arm assembly without any hesitation. Manufacturing problems can happen to any product regardless of price or quality, but the customer service demonstrated here was first rate in my opinion. Chair is now back to 100%.

New update - I reached out to the seller about the problems with back support, and they prompty identified the issue and sent a replacement seat. Once, I replaced the new seat the chair is good as new. All of this happened within a matter of weeks. The back support is no longer limp and is instead up and raging. Here's hoping for a long, and active life for the chair. 6 month usage - The chair simply loses its shape in around 4-5 months of use, where the back of the chair is perenially tilted now, implying that I have no full back support anymore when I sit. This reeks of poor build quality.

La silla está muy bien relación calidad precio en sillas de entre 300 y 450 euros pero tienen un gran problema. LAS RUEDAS. Ya veo que no soy el primero en quejarse de esto, pero la experiencia de uso es lamentable. Al nivel de sillas de 40 o 50 euros. No puedes desplazarte a la dirección que tu quieres. Te frena, si tienes que moverte, te descoloca, te tuerce. Es un verdadero incordio usar esta silla con las ruedas. Tengo varios días por delante, pero creo que la voy a devolver solo por éste problema. Unas ruedas buenas lo soluciona como comentan en los comentarios, pero no tengo que cargar yo con ese gasto.

Good chair for the price. Personally I find the seat a bit shallow. Would probably have given 5 stars if the tilt function was lockable mid tilt. Fast delivery, easy assembly

I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing this chair to get a complete feel for everything. This chair is awesome, it’s extremely comfortable and highly adjustable. This has taken away all of the tension and pain I used to get after an hour or so in my old desk chair. The adjustments are also very well done. I especially like the levels for how much pressure it takes to recline, I find myself constantly using this depending on my activity. The lumbar support is also very prominent and gives great lower back support. I’m 6’ 2” 170lbs, and was debating their larger chair due to the listed sizes but I’m really glad I went with this one. Most of my height is in my legs (38” leg length) so the back support is perfect even past my shoulders. Also the headrest is really comfortable and flexible, I find it moves easily with my head when I’m reclining. Overall I highly recommend this chair if you’ve been looking for a good replacement. The mesh also seems pretty resistant to cats as well if that’s also a concern.

I was thinking about getting an ergonomic chair for long to replace my old IKEA chair. Ends up buying this after comparison for many days. Delivered one day earlier than expected. Assembly is easy with all the tools needed included in the box. Seat is on the firm side among all the chairs I have while it gives me more comfort. Mesh textiles is perfect for the summer. The footrest design is great.
