The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble - just put the pieces of the pole together and stick in ground. We put ours in large pots containing palm trees. The small on off button on the torch top needs to be on so that the lights come on at dark. If the button is not on the lights don’t come on at night time. The instructions say there is small indicator light to let you know if it’s on, but I don’t see that. So the first night after being in the sun for several hours, one torch came on and the other didn’t. I just pushed the little on/off button, the the torch came on instantly. They have a very realistic flickering which is fairly bright - orange in color like a real tiki burning oil. I love them - will probably order 2 more.

The torch light adds an uplifting night brightness to the area where I set it. I'm sure it catches the eye of drivers or walkers going by. I have it located on the side of my driveway next to a cement statue closest to my house. The flickering flame adds a nice touch to the statue (of a sailor looking out to sea) & they compliment each other nicely.

I've had a set of these around our pool year-round and they have continued to work as expected every night regardless of weather or temperature for at least 2 years. The only issue I've had is the poles are plastic and don't hold up so well with our large dogs chasing each other around the pool. I replaced the at-risk lamps with metal poles and have had no issues. Not a quality issue, a dog issue.

The light itself is awesome, very cool at night. The pole itself is short and somewhat flimsy. Unclear how long that part will last.

These lanterns look like real flames. They have endured Iowa winters and have even come in handy when I had a power outage. I love them.

We love these torches. We used them in a skit at church. They were the perfect accent! I may have to order a few more to use at my home. The 4 I ordered are still at the church for decoration. I placed a round black piece of poster board on top of the solar sensor so they would light up while we needed them. They worked throughout the entire service besides the skit. Several people asked me where I bought them. I shared that information with them. Thank you for these well made solar torches!

My last purchase of these lights was 4 years ago and they’re still working beautifully. They’re put in the shed during the winter, but so far have shown their beauty reliably when taken out in the spring. Just ordered another set and hope they perform as remarkable as the first ones. The poles are long, but if totally secured in the ground will not sway. They give beautiful aesthetics to yard decor and shed enough light, although not bright. Highly recommend.
