I don't often submit reviews but feel this is substantiated and helpful to others. I've taken this product once daily for a bunch of years- panic attacks/anxiety have been alleviated as well as mid-day fog. I am an almost 70 woman and can keep up with the young kids at work. It takes time to have full effect so don't be discouraged after a couple weeks and yes, there are days in which I suffer fatigue but rare. Well worth the money. Highly recommended!

This has been a very effective sleep aid for me. I had tried many different supplements with not a lot of success.
