What can I say about this , it totally transform the time for exercise on my own time, and when I feel k like it. It easy to install, and it seems quite sturdy.You may need a phone holder on the handle and if you don't a cadence meter already.It is ideal for where the weather extreme hot/cold and with heavy traffic.

So easy to assemble that instructions really arent even needed. It appears well-made and it is sturdy. My only minor complaint is that there isnt much resistance in the device. I have to run my bike in the highest 3 gears to get and noticable resistance. I might consider changing the oil in the device to a higher viscosity.

Had this for 2 years and no problems. Easy to install my bike or take it off for riding outside. Not loud or noisy.

I am very satisfied with this indoor bike trainer. It took me about 20 mins to unpack and install. It can be folded, I put it next to the wall when I don't use it , it occupies very little space. I like its fluid resistance design, it is very quite while I am riding my road bike on it, it is very important to me not to disturb my family at night. It would be better if a holder for the separated front wheel block can be added onto the trainer, so that you don't need to look for it while you plan to ride the trainer. i plan to make a simple one myself. Overall it is very suitable for my 27" wheel Cannondale.

Nothing fancy, the one we received had a slight wobble, but you can turn the black rubber knobs at the end of each leg to adjust the height. We had to take one off completely to get it to sit flat. Large handle to close the trainer over the rear quick releaese, which is nice., however, its metal on metal as there is be aware, and there is no cutout on The non-drive side (side without the gears), to accomodate the "arm" of the quick release. Some other trainers have this "cutout".All in all this is great for those days when you can't get it out, too rainy/cold, or don't feel like riding outside. Recommended.

Received the package within 2 days with prime. It is super easy to setup and the motor is really quiet. It fits my 27.5 MTB no problem. It is foldable and easy to put it away for storage when not using it. Highly recommend.

Inexcusably bad directions. How much would a larger printout have cost? The cost of one sheet of paper? How much trouble would it have been to write GOOD and COHERENT directions? Maybe a one-time expense of $100?Unbelievable...

easy assembly, almost the same color as the bike ,looks good with the bike in our exercise area. Nothing but positive experience with this product
