I have been buying these supplements for maybe a year now.My neurologist suggested these, as well as others, for my migraines. All I can say is... something is working.After 30 years of suffering, it's totally worth the cost because it's effective. I haven't had any side effects, like nausea or anything.I'm pretty good with pills, so no issues swallowing. But, it's a medium sized capsule, so you could probably dump the powder into something and take it that way.There is no after taste. Quality seems fine.I'm adding a photo so you can see color and texture.

CoQ10 . . . It came in a nice bottle, which is a good thing because the carton containing this order arrived very wet. The pills were fine because, you know, nice plastic bottle. The pills are not small, but they're not too large. I find them easy to swallow. Try to take them after a meal.
