Soundcore has done it again! I read so many reviews before I bought it and yet I was still blow away by the sheer power that comes from this little speaker. The audio quality is clear, crisp and balanced. Not to mention the bass!! You can tweak the EQ via the Soundcore app. The battery life is 8-12 hours of nonstop play. The Bluetooth connects well with my devices and tv, and the range is great. The build quality is very sterdy and I love the design. Not to mention it's portable, water proof and not heavy. Overall, this is a great portable speaker and value for your money. PS. The video doesn't do the audio justice.

This speaker really does have boom, especially if you configure the EQ, which you WILL need to download the app and do. The highs are terribly lacking in the default or preset configurations, but you can easily fix it by lowering the midrange a bit, cranking up the two high EQs, and then customize the bass to your liking. The app works great and allows for several presets, only selectable in the app. The EQ settings stay regardless of what connects to it (and without using the app again), so set it and forget it. Rarely is there a bit of noticable distortion in the bass (probably because I have it cranked so much), but the mid and high is clear. Sound quality: once the highs are boosted to the max (I could even go for a little more), this thing really cranks. For a normal-sized bedroom, it you will not be able to turn it up all the way. In a large room or outside, it will still sound good at 50ft away, especially if you place it about 6-12" from a wall on the ground. The bluetooth range is incredible- at least 65 feet, possibly more. I sometimes walk through my house or go in the basement and it's still happily playing outside. It actually does pretty well covering my whole back yard. If I remember, it states 30 watts of power, and that sounds about right given that the speakers are only about 3". Battery: Not sure- never drained it fully. I have played it on max volume (with bass greatly boosted) for 6+ hours, and never saw the battery dip below 40%. Easily 8 hours on max volume. Construction: This is built like a brick. It's a heavy but not too heavy, maybe I should say "Solid". No rattles or thin plastic. I presume a big battery and huge magnets on the speakers are most of the weight. No lights or fancy stuff, just pure sound. It's incredible to get that much rich sound out of puny little speakers. Easily beats the mini Bose and several other friends' speakers. Mine is now the #1 choice for prepping the 9-year-old hockey team for a game. And I ordered a renewed one (to save a couple bucks), which I could never tell was opened by another person. Frankly, I don't know why someone would return it anyways. Win for me. I can't imagine there is another speaker of this size that will compete. I would knock one star off due to the need to greatly boost the high frequencies, but I just can't since it is so easily fixable.

This speaker is awesome. It is well made and the perfect size to bring to the beach or anywhere. The sound is amazing with deep bass and connects flawlessly to Bluetooth from my iPhone.

Great price for a nice loud speaker, the battery life is pretty long we usually use it for about 8hrs before it needs to be recharged. The ports on the back are a little confusing as there is USB-A and USB-C, you charge it with USB-C but it can also be used as a backup battery with either port. It also connects to multiple bluetooth devices simultaneously which can be confusing if you don't disconnect the other one.

This was a good buy and for the price had it for what maybe 6 months now and hasnt given up yet. Sound is clear and get nice and loud not enough bass for me but it has a nice lil kick to it. Battery is good I usually charge it once and last for let's say a week 1/2 depending how long i play it per day.

Excellent bass for a small Bluetooth speaker. I listen at relatively low volume with the speaker close to me, this normally would mean poor low bass. However this compact waterproof speaker produces amazing low frequencies and clear upper frequencies with it's titanium cones at all listening levels. I've built many custom speaker systems and was blown away by the performance of these speakers. They outperform the big name Bluetooth speakers at a fraction of the price. You won't find a better choice for a compact Bluetooth speaker anywhere.

I was skeptical, but I tried it. I was worried when it took almost 9 hours for the initial charge, but then I realized this is also a battery bank-bonus! It was easy to pair, and I no longer had to worry about using increasingly hard to find quality small boom boxes in the garden, hot tub, snow shoveling, etc. It runs for a very long time per charge-I find I charge it maybe weekly. It gets quite loud-almost scary for its small size. And when the "bass boost" is engaged-the passive radiators on the side put out much more bass than I could have asked for-sounds like a regular stereo system (remember them?). And if I get stupid, it is waterproof, and is claimed to actually float! Haven't tried that yet, but I am so perfectly happy with this unit! Spend a bit more to get this one, as opposed to the others on sale-you will not be disappointed!

The speaker has great sound and great bass. It's perfectly balanced and emits a nice, clear sound as well. It has a long lasting battery and it fills any room it is in with amazing sound. It is an extraordinary product for the price and if you are looking for a lightweight, portable speaker, this is perfect for you. I highly recommend this product. The one I purchased was refurbished, but it was just as good as a new one. It was delivered the next day too, which was lovely. Update: so I took my motion boom so I could show it to my dad who also has a taste for good sound, he immediately offered to buy it from me, so he kept mine and I was forced to get a motionboom plus, I can't wait to get it. I hope you have one too.

These are great little wireless speakers. I bought a pair of the amazon-refurbished ones so I could use the wireless stereo-pairing feature. When I put them out in the yard about 30 feet apart (and away) facing my deck, the sound is just fabulous. As far as being refurbished goes, they look and operate perfectly. If they had not been sold as refurbished, I really wouldn't be able to distinguish them from new. They feel really solid and well made, and I'm really happy with this purchase. I only wish the wireless connection would extend farther. The wireless connectivity does start to break up beyond roughly about 30 feet. I think that's more of a Bluetooth limitation rather than something specific to these speakers.

The size, price, bass and overall sound is absolutely AMAZING. I am a huge bass head when it comes to music but I also don't like to overspend. I picked up this Motion Boom for £54.99 and I have to say, I'm absolutely thrilled. I planned to use this for small pool parties, gardening and listening to music around the house, this is literally perfect. I've got other Soundcore products, namely the Soundcore mini 3 for when I'm outside and want to conserve backpack space and the A20i budget earbuds which are also great for the price (£15.99 on discount!!) The build quality of this speaker feels very solid and I have zero complaints for the price at all. However, the speaker that I got as Renewed was labelled as "Excellent" condition meaning no visible cosmetic damage from 30 cm away. There is visible damage that I can see from even 60 cm away, however nothing deal-breaking for me to warrant sending it back, but I would label this quality to be Good or Very Good at best. You would get an insane outdoor sound system for £110 if you decided to buy 2 and seamlessly pair them via TWS, however I have no need to as this is plenty loud for what I need. When buying renewed, there's a chance you won't get the original box or original accessories, I did get the original box but a generic Chinese USB-C cable which isn't a big deal either as I knew that was likely to happen when buying renewed. I really do highly suggest taking advantage of the Soundcore equalizer app, it is a real game changer with all Soundcore products, the sound difference is very much noticeable and will most definitely improve the quality for everyone. If you're still unsure at whether you want to splash out the £54.99 (at the time of this review), then give some review videos a watch, I watched countless videos to see whether this was the right speaker for me, and it most definitely was. Das ist das beste von Soundcore, ohne Schnickschnack ohne blink blink, Hochtöner sind meiner Meinung nach bei den Model nicht nötig weil die kleinen 2,5 Zoll Titantreiber alle Frequenzen abdecken was auch der Akkulaufzeit zu gute kommt, die Höhen sind klar ohne auftringlich zu wirken, die Mitten sind in Ordnung, die Bässe sind druckvoll und die Lautstärke ist für so einen kleinen Lautsprecher sehr heftig. Kann dieses Produkt nur weiterempfehlen. Habe diesen für 50€ bekommen, dieser Preis ist eine Ansage, da kann man nur sagen gute Nacht Jbl.
