These are exactly as pictured and I really liked the look of them but unfortunately they're not suitable for me.First couple of days they were fine then I started experiencing consistent tenderness that never went away. Even brushing clothes against nipples wasn't comfortable. I persisted with them for a few weeks with no improvement. Within 24 hours of reverting to my old surgical stainless bars I was fine, all tenderness gone.The only metal I'm intolerant of is nickel so I suspect there is some low level involved here. Titanium should not contain any, but the surgical stainless under it possibly could depending on grade, although I'm not sure how it'd touch my skin unless the ion plating isn't the best. Wasn't a full blown reaction but enough to be annoyingly tender.Also, I sometimes I wear earbuds on a wire around my neck. If the buds were dangling down and came anywhere near the bars there would be a short twinges of slight discomfort like they were reacting, I've never experienced that before.I'm a bit sad I can't keep them in permanently, I guess they'd be OK for a few hours at a time unless I'm feeling masochistic.

Brilliant love it, but I do have an issue with how much packaging was used for a my tiny piece of jewellery .a cardboard A4 size envelope for a nipple bar!! Not good for the environmental issues and contradicts Amazon's use of reculyxling and trying reduce its impact on the environment.. brilliant product but please reduce packaging!!!
