I am basing my rating on the price & observation for this product. I wish I could give a 4 ½. I have had this set since November of 2021. I live on the Mississippi gulf coast, on the back bay. The conditions are rather harsh for outdoor items. I purchased this set because I did not want to spend a lot of money for outdoor furniture believing that nothing is going to hold up for many years. I am very pleased with this. The frame is sturdy. As many have mentioned, the cushions are thin - you get what you pay for. I wish they were a darker color. They stain easily from just being outside. I Scotch guarded them before use but they still stained. I washed & tried to remove the stains but they still show. I scotched guarded them more heavily but they still started looking dirty quickly. I wish I would have used a better product such as one for a convertible car top. The bottom cushions have elastic tabs to secure them. After close to 2 years outside, the elastic is shot but they still are secured. the back cushions are not secured & I do have to put them back in place regularly. This is not a big deal to me. It is very windy on my semi covered 2nd floor deck & they do not blow away. The frame still looks like new & is easy to clean. It does sit a little low but is not uncomfortable & is still easy to get up from. Regardless, I will purchase this set again for my son. Again, you get what you pay for. You can get better for a lot more money.

This set arrived within a few days of ordering. We were expecting it a week later than when it arrived. 3 boxes arrived (6 pc set) very well packaged with no signs of damage. Upon opening and inspecting contents, everything was well packaged. Not one piece was broken or missing. They only visible issue was that one of the seat cushions had a stain that we could not remove. Since the cushions have sewn on velero, we couldn't flip it to hide it because the cushion will slide off. Assembly went smooth. It took me about 3 hours to put it all together with nobody to help me. Instead of using the provided tools, I used a socket wrench and hex drill bit with cordless drill. As for comfortable, cushions are on the thinner side but not terrible. It would be 5 stars if it we're not for the stained cushion.

The media could not be loaded. I am soooo impressed with how this set turned out!!!! It definitely was a struggle to put together but once it was together wow!!! I am blown away!!! The wicker is great quality and I love the cushions and pillows!!! The cushions are a little firm, which I honestly appreciate. They will last longer and won’t look sicken in because of that. It has only been together for a couple days so can’t say how it does in the weather just yet, but we plan on keeping the cushions inside when not using them and we still plan to put a tarp over it so I have a good feeling it will hold up!!! We can not wait for many summer gatherings!!

The order came in four boxes. They all arrived at once. The instructions for all the pieces came in the box with the two end pieces. Very straight forward and easy assembly. Using a small drill will speed up the process.Cons:Some of the pieces were a little bent so it was harder to get them into place, or it caused the chair to be wobbly but the bottom levelers fixed the problem.The seats and cushions come with elastic hooks to keep them in place, which are useful, however, some of the hooks on the cushions came apart as we were trying to tie them to the chair. They weren't sown in properly. We will try to fix with Velcro.Pros:PRICE! You are getting good quality outdoor furniture at a GREAT price!I shopped around for weeks before purchasing a patio set, looking for a good deal.This 8 piece set comes with 7 chairs and a table. Most sets on Wayfair and Amazon only come with 6 chairs and a table and are hundreds of dollars more.The set comes with clips to keep the chairs together which is less money I have to spend!

I feel like this set needs recognition since there are so few reviews on here. This is a great set and definitely worth the price. I originally ordered a different set from a different seller and it never arrived. I found this set and even though it was more than the last set it was larger. It was still a lot less expensive than a majority of the other sets out there. Shipping was pretty quick and it arrived earlier than expected. It came in 3 boxes and everything was very organized and clearly packaged with care. The directions were pretty straightforward and assembly was fairly easy. We used an impact driver to tighten the bolts. The cushions are thick and I love that you can take off the covers and wash them. They are some what water resistant and dried quickly from rain. I love that you can customize the configuration to your desire depending on the space you have. The cushions aren't super comfy but comfortable enough for patio furniture. I also love that it comes with 2 throw pillows. The set looks as nice as the more expensive ones that I've seen. It is very sturdy as well. I can't wait to relax and enjoy the summer out on this new set. If you couldn't tell I'm very pleased with our purchase.***UPDATE 6/11***After having this set for only a few weeks I already have some negative things that I want to share.First off, these cushions are not water resistant as they claim. It rained this past Saturday and on Monday the cushions were still SOAKED on the underside that velcros to the couch. The velcro is also already starting to come off on the couch. I cleaned off the cushions yesterday because they are getting pretty dirty from all the pollen and stuff falling from the trees. I sprayed them off with the hose and they are still somewhat wet today. When I pick them up water was dripping from them and I didn't even soak them with the hose. I also have noticed that the cushions have faded in color from the sun in only a couple of weeks. Pretty disappointed in all of these things.
