Dear buyer rethink to buy this product, when I purchased it was looks good in picture and item description, when started using it was not as per commitments, it was mentioned stainless, started roasting in 4months.. also it is not strong enough.Customers support or services are very poor not getting proper response, always directing seller..I reached product manufacturer instead seller because it is nothing To do with seller.. it is manufacturing defects…Rethink before buy this product..

the ends are too sharp get ready to have papercuts when you handle it. the handles are steel not the black plastic as shown on the picture. Otherwise its a good product, easy to wash, but be extra careful of the sharp edges of the handles. I would have given 5 stars if not for the sharp edges.

I had so much hope in a Vinod product and it disappointed me greatly. It is impractical to use. 1. The trays have 3 holders to lift them out of the karahi - hello! Humans have two hands. 2. The trays sink in so much into the pan that I was afraid to scald my hands in the steam when pulling out the tray which tilts because it three pronged and not 2.Bad purchase! Clearly not a tested product. I wish I could return it.

A lot of steam comes out when I make idly.

I’ve only used it twice so far but very happy with my purchase.

Finishing not good

I am not very happy with this product, there is some small rusting at every weld points and it has sharp edges on some of the inserts, be careful or it it could split your hand during cleaning. The 60 deg angle of the 3 handle points makes it hard to lift up. It should have been 2 handles at 180deg
