Pay a bit more for a better, more durable pennant.
This is not at all what I expected and would not recommend you spend your money on this item. I thought this would be the typical silk-screened flexible felt flag. Instead, its not flexible material but stiff and somewhat brittle. Without extreme care it will crease and tear/break. The front of the banner looks as advertised, but the back is colorless - it is not made of blue felt, but something else (I'm not sure what). I would not buy this again.
