Better than artificial hormones
Really helped with my perimenopause symptoms. Start slowly, half a tablet per day, gradually increase whilst monitoring for side effects. I didn't have any. I noted more moisture and reappearance of jelly like discharge around mid cycle, same like I was 20 something, really good sign.

This has changed me from PMDD symptoms of anger, irritability, rage to feeling balanced inside.
