Q: Has anyone worn these under a swimsuit to swim?

If it's thicker material suit they might be fine. But if it's a nice bikini or one piece suit these will be really noticeable under suit they are thick silicone. You will be better off with waterproof band-aid they can not be seen under any suit. That's what I bought after realizing how noticeable these are under anything I tried wearing them under.

I recommend You should save plastic covers if you plan to use again. In addition, the description of this items states: “Self-adhesive & reusable - after each use, simply hand wash the nipple concealers under warm water with mild soap and let air dry face down. Once dry, self-adhesive properties are restored and can be reused 25 times or more.”

Q: Are these good for larger breasts?

Yes. Im a 44DD with large aureolas and they cover fine

The shape of the pasties can be seen over the fabric you wear, it looks funny and indecent. There is no point of wearing this.I do not recommend to buy this.It's was a waste of money for me
