Due to my severe COPD I need supplemental oxygen every day. Decided to give the "Boost Oxygen" a try. Was very impressed with the instant relief it gave me. These cans are easier for me to take in the car instead of my oxygen rebreather. I am older, but try to stay pretty active. I've found that after a bicycle ride or a run, a couple of oxygen inhales can be really helpful. This product provides a perfect way to get that. It's one of those products that you won't know you needed until you use it. If one thinks about it, there are probably a number of circumstances in one's life where a quick blast of oxygen could be a big help.

I’d say it’s worth a try for those with minor asthma or want to try flavor air. It’s worth the price on a ‘shot’. Possibly just get 1 ha I got three pack. I use them occasionally at work and they give you a nice refresh on those occasions. Easy to use for sure, kind of like an inhaler. Inhale while dispersing air

I like to use this for a little pick-me-up, once in a while. Don't be expecting a big difference, it's subtle. I did like this product and will buy it again, in the future. And, this is important, the cans are so light you might think there is nothing in them, but there is.
