Just the job
Bought this to replace a broken piece on my trimmer,easy to fit,bit expensive but did what I needed it for.

Fair price.
The disc on my Terratek that holds the plastic cutters snapped. It was only plastic. I hit a stone and then couldn’t use it. I ordered another from the seller I bought the strimmer from and it was dispatched quickly.I tried for days to get the old one off. Trying to reverse the screw that was already in so I could put the new disc on. Eventually I went to a neighbour. He placed the strimmer in a vice and turned it clockwise rather than anti- clockwise and it released ! First time that has ever happend. I thought turning clockwise would tighten the screw!But all is good now and my very handy strimmer is once again working well.

It is not a heavy duty tool, it is fragile and light weight, so east for the infirm to handle
It is fragile and lightweight, so easy for the infirm, but it would be advisable to see how more experienced users handle it and avoid letting the bolt for the blades come in contact with concrete or stones as this will quickly damage the bolt head and wear the plastic base quickly.

This does not fit the TCSBUN model!!
I broke my Terratek TCSBUN part so it is not covered under warranty (Which I understand). However, despite what they say, this part DOES NOT fit on the TCSBUN model (Which is why they don't show you the underside of it). On the TCSBUN model, it has a small circular spindle with a flat across (Making it a U shape). This component has a much larger square section, so it is bigger than the spindle itself, so doesn't spin when you use it!! Refund offered straight away, with no arguments (I don't even have to send the part back), but all my emails to Futura Direct to buy the correct part, are being ignored!!DO NOT buy anything from this company!!

Works but is very fragile keeps snapping off.

Did the job
Did the job of repairing my cordless strimmer. Just needed to suss that the retaining bolt was unscrewed clockwise to counter the centrifugal force of the strimming . Then very easy to fix.
