I would have used several different gelatin products in the past but was never that happy as I always had a weired feeling, but here meron resolved it all. Meron is a vegetarian version , Agar Agar is made from sea weed hence no guilt of using animal fat . This is a healthier substitute and amazing if u wish to make jellies , Panna cotta or set any fusion fish. It is flavourless so it wouldn't dominate the flavour u are adding to the dish. Perfect and easy to use. I made this Strawberry Rasberry Cheesecake using Agar Agar and you can see how Perfect the result is. Absolutely happy with the product and would definitely recommend you to buy one.
