Does the spout fit into 1 gallon milk jugs? or will I need a funnel?

Yes, but its a tight fit. Due to the way the spout is shaped, I think it would be difficult to fill a milk jug directly when the pan is full of oil. I used a funnel. Now what I do is pour the oil into a 5 gallon bucket with a "bucket spigot", then fill the jug or oil container from that.

My vehicle calls for a 74.5 mm 14 flute wrench. Will this work?

Not sure I am using this for my 2009 Subaru Impreza because the oil filter was located at very narrow area and it's working very well.

If you are talking about the Camry that has the filter located under the exhaust ,manifold above the engine mount, yes it can work for this style of car. Normally this filter is difficult to get at from under the car so it would be removed from the top, use care to place an oilpan under the car to catch the oil from the filter when being removed.
