How convenient! Taste like medjool dates. I plan to transfer to a mason jar or something.

The flavor and smooth consistency of this date paste makes it a great option for recipes calling for dates. It eliminates pitting and soaking dates. I like that the dates are organic.

Works really well for recipes. Great taste and much easier than using a food processor to blend regular dates.

Tastes great on vanilla icecream

This is definitely an ok product but the flavor is off, at least in the one I tried. I have had a lot of dates in my day and this paste tasted like they boiled down all the worst dates they could find and scooped the paste into a box. I appreciate that its organic and would rather eat bad tasting organic date paste than good-tasting non-organic date paste due to the fact that dates are highly sprayed and fumigated if not organically grown. That said, I have had much better tasting, and much more fresh tasting, date paste many times. Their date powder is a lot more agreeable.

Update to the first review. I did hear back from the date lady. They were very respectful, courteous and willing to help. I was hoping they would help with converting the paste into syrup but instead they replaced the paste with the syrup. Even better!Thank you Date Lady.I am new to this healthy eating lifestyle. I purchased the date paste thinking it would a healthy sugar alternative. I find it difficult to use the paste because it is hard to mix into other ingredients. I want to use it to sweeten Greek yogurt. How would I do that? I emailed the company several times to get some advise and I do not hear back. I’m sure from the reviews the product is great. However the company is unresponsive.

Not much flavor and is not very sweet . It is easier to use the cutting and puree your own .
