Smells Okay, Creamy, Smoothing, Curl Defining, Has Good Slip
I have type 4 hair. Scent is the same but lighter. Smells like syrup, and I never had a big problem with it. The mousse is very good. Idk if there was a formula change or what, but it appears to have more slip, it's more smoothing, and feels very moisturizing when applied to the hair. It is very curl defining too, and you only need 1 pump per section, sometimes less, but it was like that before, a little really goes a long way with this. I feel like it gives less volume than it did before on the first day, but I think I used to use more water. And it does have good volume on the second day. So if you want more volume, definitely use more water. It's a very moisturizing product, but it always has been. What I noticed most is that the application is smoother, feels creamier (coats hair better), and has better slip. I've seen people say in the past that it doesn't have enough hold, but I think that may be because they're not using a shampoo and conditioner/deep conditioner with a good moisture protein balance. This isn't gonna give you a hard gel cast, but if you like soft fluffy curl definition, it definitely gives that.

Smells like brown sugar
This smells so delicious! Like buttered brown sugar 😋 I love using this on my curls after a wash or a refresh. It's foamy and thickens my hair up when it looks thin.

Great product
My hair is so shiny, feels hydrated, and it just melted into my hair making it easy to detangle. And I love the smell. I do find it a bit sticky but I don’t mind it

Great
Works nicely on 4c hair. It defines enough for my curls.

Like it a lot
Good mousse. It delivers hold, shine and nourishment without being heavy at all. Smells like honey or maple syrup, the scent is strong but I don't dislike it at all. If you're sensitive to fragance maybe this is not the best option, but it gives a lot of volume, shiny and bouncy curls.

A bit sticky with a strong smell of honey
The product is good, it smells strong of honey and it's also sticky but basically it's really good on the hair

Great addition to my curl routine!
Love the smell of this product! It lathers nicely and temporarily weighs my curls down just enough to loosen the coil, which I really like. It provides a good hold overall, though I do add a bit of spray-on gel to maintain the shape throughout the day—especially in the South Florida humidity. Great addition to my curl routine!
