Arrived in an open box in a torn plastic bag in the rain. Horrible, distorted sound when the effects are turned on. Now they are giving me grief about returning it. Stay tuned for the final disposition on this unit.Update: After many emails, they credited my account. Since it was too expensive to ship back, they told me to keep it. I fixed the defect and now use the board.
