Perfect for those with IRREGULAR cycles or low sperm count/motility.
My fiancé and I started taking these. The instructions say to start off with 1 a day for a few days leading up. Since we were already taking vitamins we started off with 2 a day. Although the smell and taste of the vitamins are very strong and nature-like, it's tolerable. I am someone who has trouble taking pills due to my gag-reflex, but these ones go down smooth. Pill size isn't hard at all.The quality of the supplement is great. You get your money's worth with the couple's pack. Good value for your money! BUT PSA! I want to start off by saying do not take these if your cycle is regular. The ingredients in the supplement are great for creating regular cycles for women and great sperm count and motility for men.I have seen some worry and confusion about the herb "Ashwaganda." It's not been proven to cause miscarriages in humans. (A quick google search will tell you that.) I am in full support of these supplements as a health care professional (Nurse.)I have felt more myself since starting these and can't wait to conceive a child with my fiancé.We did a sperm test for him that came out low sperm count - so I will update in a month from now (after we've finished the bottle) - and do another sperm test. This is my most recommened supplement I have seen on the market. I recommened starting with these over trying unregulated things like the "Mucinex Method" and others.

Miscarriage. NOT worth the risk!
UPDATE: It seems the company has added a few more sentences to their instructions. I can definitely say they were not there when I purchased the product. I also just checked the bottle I still have and nothing there either. They are, "This product works best for women with irregular cycles and requiring hormonal support. Consult your healthcare professional for women with regular cycles before using this product." It seems this is their way to address the many negative reviews that touch on this. Unfortunately, they still have in there to continue taking the pills through the first trimester. Since these are not FDA approved and contain powerful herbs this statement should be completely removed. There also is no proof that this product is "best" for women with irregular cycles. And ALL supplements, especially ones taken DURING pregnancy should be consulted with a healthcare professional, not just women with regular cycles. Read on if you'd like to hear my story.I got pregnant the first month of taking these. We had just started trying the month before, so not long - I just wanted to boost conception. I have regular periods but noticed I was ovulating later in my cycle. When we went for our 8 week ultrasound we were devastated to learn that our baby had stopped developing at 6 weeks. No heartbeat. I had all the pregnancy symptoms still up until that point so it was a complete surprise. My body has yet to expel anything so I will need to undergo a D & C.I would not wish this feeling on anyone. My skin also broke out like crazy through the pregnancy. I have seen other reviews mention horrible breakouts while taking these.I have absolutely no idea if these vitamins played any role in the miscarriage. Miscarriages are common and the majority of people taking these vitamins might already have fertility/miscarriage issues to begin with. There is no way to find out for sure. I can say that I will try everything I can to have a different outcome next time.Update** I’ve just had my 2week post op follow up with my dr. I asked her what she thought about these prenatals, and because I believe everyone needs to be informed about what they put into their bodies, this is what she said...1. There is no where near enough iron to meet the requirement of a pregnancy2. She highly recommended against taking them because of the herbal blend. She especially pointed out the Chaste Tree Berry (Vitex) as it being a very powerful herb and there is no telling how each woman’s cycle and system would respond.3. Stinging Nettle should be avoided in pregnancy as should Ashwagandha.3. Most herbs (including ones in this formulation) should be stopped immediately upon first learning of a pregnancy.Unfortunately, there don’t exist any real trials on using herbs on pregnant women because it is too risky. So this prenatal I have no doubt has helped many to become pregnant, but on the other side it may also be too risky to take to carry on a healthy pregnancy. There might be something to them creating non viable pregnancies. This really needs to be looked into. After my miscarriage, focusing on a future healthy pregnancy is much more important to me than any urgency to simply becoming pregnant.Latest Update: I am currently 10 weeks pregnant. This baby has been closely monitored because of our previous miscarriage. I am happy to report everything looks great! Healthy heartbeat and growth every week. We got to see our baby moving on an ultrasound yesterday. I’ve been using prenatal vitamins recommended and prescribed by my doctor.Be careful with herbs!!!

IT WORKS, BUT GET BOTH MALE AND FEMALE VERSIONS: A review from a male's perspective
This is my same review on the male version and I'll keep this short. My other half and I are not exactly spring chickens. We're both in our late 30s, and had begun trying to get pregnant for about six months to no avail. We carefully followed her ovulation schedule. I put in a lot of extra "effort" (I'm not 19 anymore, mind you). Nothing. She decided to try taking the female version of Conception. We used that for a month, followed her ovulation schedule, nothing yet. I was getting ready to face the prospect of shelling out the cost of a Lexus for invitro/fertility treatment like a lot of other friends who tried getting pregnant well into our 30s. I was not happy about that. And then one night while drunkenly perusing Amazon, I noticed there was a male version and it contained a lot of the same stuff I used to use as a younger male for results in the gym. Amused, I ordered a bottle. It arrived, I started taking it, she kept taking hers, we stuck to her ovulation schedule and I continued with my heroic efforts. And before that first bottle was even gone, I woke up one morning with her standing over me holding up the pregnancy test with a bit, blue POSITIVE indicator sign. We're now about to enter her second trimester and according to the OB, all signs are good to go. And I spent $40 on supplements, rather than $40k at a clinic. I'm very happy.OBSERVATIONS:1) As I had originally observed, this stuff contains a lot of the same stuff that you find in testosterone boosters for athletes. And there is a noticeable increase in testosterone. Not huge, like I experienced with other supplements--getting angry, oily and horny like it's 1999 all over again--but I did notice an increase in libido and overall sense of well-being and enthusiasm to work out, both in and out of the bedroom.2) As goes hand-in-hand with increased testosterone and as this product claims, you will notice an increase in "volume." Without going into graphic detail, as any guy older than 30 begins to notice while rocking out solo, what goes into the napkin (or sock, if you're reliving sophomore year) starts to get thinner, less dense and more watery. Solely for the purpose of science and education, I engaged in a one-time experiment in manual extraction--the result far more resembled what I remember ending up in the tied up Gold Trojan back in high school, with my awestruck girlfriend staring in on shock and wonder.3) Morning Wood begins visiting EVERY morning again.4) When you stop taking it--much like with testosterone supplements--you will experience a temporary "low," or period where you will not desire much in the way of exercise of any sort. As much as I love feeling randy as a teenager, I would also love to keep my hairline into my 40s. Toying with testosterone can be dangerous at my age. And in any event, most females (my other half, included) will be so physically sick during the first trimester that you aren't getting any action, anyway. Far be it for me to waste a chub, but I'm also not of the cheating persuasion and I doubt my other half would be very amused to find me making an enthusiastic withdrawal from the spank bank at my desk one night with my wingman, Ketel One.5) A minor note, but the pills--particularly the female version--reek of a strong urine odor. My other half was thoroughly disgusted the first few times she took the pills, as was I but, like a lot of other experiences in life, if you put anything in your mouth enough times, no matter how gross or bad it smells, you eventually get used to it and might even begin enjoying it.IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE CONCEIVING, BEFORE YOU CALL THE CLINIC, TRY CONCEPTION FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS. CHANCES ARE, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.
