Very very bad product. I purchased 2 for my two office chair and both of them got cracked within 10 days.... There is no replacement for this so it's very bad and faulty product.... Don't buy it. It's waste of money....

The product was faulty and the dealer replaced it immediately, appreciate the effort and compliance of the warranty, hope the replacement works well....

Update: Manufacturer responded and they've agreed to send a replacment. The product broke within a month. I see there are similar complaints about low quality plastic used. Same issue with me. I reported that to seller and they redirected me to Seltos brand by providing a link which is just the same product page. I managed to find manufacturer contact details and got replacement immediately. So manufacturer is very helpful. Contacting seller was waste of time.

Dear Sir, Dia size is bigger , does not fit on my Godrej office chair, returning with request to either send smaller Dia than this or please refund my amount. As per your details it was mentioned that it is Universal Size fits all. Sorry for the inconvenience. R.SARIN

Product is good when received later 3 months somehow it got broken. Contacted Manufacturer for the warranty replacement and received new item in a short span of time. Overall the product is good 👍

I bought two hydraulic cylinder in span of 2 months. They used poor plastic material that holds inner cylinder. It eventually collapsed and chair bent down. I almost fell and had back injuries which costed me 10k for treatment of back pain. Be careful and don’t buy as it look cheaper. I saved money here and spent 10k for back pain.

Works perfect! easy to fix. great buy over all. its been two weeks, it works fine so far. it didn't have that safety cap they mentioned on the box, but that doesn't reflect any fault. and bad packaging its damaged overall outlook, since its a hard metal didn't damaged the product.
