Great deal!
These were purchased as " used customer return" the quality is great the price was reduced and I feel it was a very good option. One unit had very minor damage ( one grate damaged partially at very end) which will not affect it'd use for myself. They are very sturdy, heavy plastic. Nice and shallow which will be great to pour concrete around. I will buy again used or new and do recommend.

Works well
This product is holding up well. We put in back yard for drainage last summer. Just make sure it is slanted some so water can drain. Easy to use and install.

Nice Looking, Sturdy, Solution for Draining Water
I purchased a set of these trench drain system pieces to run from a gutter down spout, out to a designated drainage area and away from the house. I can say these pieces are quite sturdy and I imagine they will last a lifetime. My only complaint is that, although they fit together with a slot/groove arrangement, they don't somehow sturdily click together. So, if your ground is not near perfectly level, these pieces can separate. It is very important to prepare your ground and slope very accurately. But as I said, these pieces are very very sturdy and I believe will last a lifetime once put in place.

"good" for the price
I recently built a new home, and have a gravel driveway that started getting washed out under heavy rainfall. Couldn't afford the name brand, so I wanted to give these a try.Overall, the build quality is pretty good. The top plastic grate is pretty thick, so I'm not too worried about it holding up.But like a lot of other people have said- the connecting point between 2 pieces is pretty worthless. I would recommend getting some 5 minute epoxy to slather into these joints if you want them to stay in place.

Works as advertised
Package was damaged when it arrived, but not so much that I expected the product to be damaged too. After all, it is advertised as sturdy and able to withstand a great deal of weight. As I was installing the drain system, I was removing one section at a time from the carton, and of course, it was the last section I removed that was damaged. There was a large chunk broken out of the middle. Being impatient, and unwilling to go through the hassel of contacting the seller, arranging for a return, blah, blah, blah, I used a 12" mitre saw, and cut away the damaged section, used Gorilla glue to mend some cracks and made do with two small pieces instead of one complete section. I lost more than half of the section of drain. Please understand that this is not the fault of the manufacturer, VEVOR, but the shipper and my impatience to give the people responsible to replace the section of drain. I'm an old, disabled, Vietnam Veteran, an have run out of patience with dealing with these kind of BS matters. Thanks for reading my nonsense.

These do not snap together!!!
I got 12 of these babies (2 boxes of 6 units = 12 units + 12 end caps) for just over $200. They are solid plastic. I was pleased when they arrived faster than anticipated, but quickly disappointed that they did not snap together as I'd been led to believe. I decided to go ahead anyway - big mistake. I dug my trench. I placed 9 units in and one end cap (why you'd need as many end caps as units I do not know). I tried hot gluing the units together the way a review recommended, and that was just a messy waste of time because they keep coming apart vertically (ie hot glue is not strong enough to keep them level with each other). Bottom line: The units do NOT snap together. They just rest on top of each other. So it is almost impossible to make a leveled incline using more than one of them. The water pools in the middle no matter what we do, and we are still troubleshooting. I may go to hardware store to buy a sturdy piece of plastic to lay them on top of. Also, package does NOT come with an END cap that allows connecting to a pipe for evacuation (ie with circular hole), and the bottom outlets are all "closed in" with thick plastic - no idea how you're supposed to open those up and thankful we don't need to. If you need more than one unit, don't waste your time - get the more expensive version that snaps into place and comes with connecting outlets.

Nice product
My guys installed this in a new driveway, and while they complained about having so many pieces, they got them level, poured the driveway, then cam back and removed the protective covering. They work! The only down side is that they do not have a side drain, but I worked around that by drilling a hole in one end cap and gluing a piece of PVC pipe in the hole and routed the run off away from the house.
